How the hell did this lil shindig come about?...

Well here's a little tale for ya's...

The first camp was held in October of 2015. Set in the lush green forest, just north of Melbourne and was named after its location 'King Parrot'. It brought together almost 30 girls from around the area who for the most part, knew nobody. But these were the grounds that formed solid friendships and kickstarted the bond of the female culture down south in Victoria, Australia.

After such a success and a band of keen riders, 6 months later the next camp was organised. Again named after its location 'Point Leo', the camp was set on the shores of the Mornington Peninsula. Just south of Melbourne. This time, the camp brought together girl riders from not just the local area, but as far as Sydney and Canberra.

One of the two co founders(@meighanmary)was ramping up her tattooing and silversmithing businesses and decided to take a step down. So partner Riley approached friends Remmi & Jaz to see if a new backline could be formed. There were no questions asked & the 3 woman team took off like a matchbox in a campfire...

Alas...SHEILAS SHAKEDOWN was born!

This time a set annual event to bring girls together from not just around town, but all over the country and beyond. A big babin' bike bash and a heated event line up to match!  No nose pickin' at what type of bike. From Harleys, to cafe racers, dirt bikes, choppers, sports bikes, ya dad's scooter or even ya mum's hotrod! It's one big Scram Jam.
